🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE
This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.
Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.
Any aspect not foreseen in this legal system will be progressively incorporated as the system evolves. Any legitimate query should be directed exclusively to the Jurisdictional Architect🜲 via email: supralex@jca.capital.

1. Purpose
Establish the sovereign protocol for signing and doctrinal validation as a consecrated operational module, recognizing the signature as a vibrational, symbolic and supraterritorial act within the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system.
2. Nature of the Signature
Any signature, rubric, sign, symbol or seal emanating from the Jurisdictional Architect🜲 in this jurisdiction constitutes a consecrated asset of intellectual, vibrational and industrial property, under absolute, irrevocable and non-subordinated domain of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon, with supraterritorial recognition and doctrinal protection against any attempt at unauthorized external inspection, reinterpretation or appropriation.
- The sovereign signature is not a technical rubric, but a vibrational emanation of the Living Man, the Sovereign Individual;
- Each consecrated signature activates an act, validates it, and protects it from external oversight;
- Each signature is a uniquely configured instrument, protected against fraud, scams, or unauthorized use;
- Each signature is digitally protected with handwritten encryption and code;
- The signature is inseparable from the purpose, vibration, and astrological synchronization of the act.
3. Validation Process
Every act will be validated by:
- Sovereign signature of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon,
- Jurisdictional symbolic code,
- Date set as astrological activation marker,
- Doctrinal shield and authenticity clause.
The corresponding Validation Mandate will be issued. The act will be recorded in the Codex Primijuris☉ and in the Live Validation Archive, in accordance with the confidentiality of each process.
4. Integration with Existing Systems
The protocol integrates with:
- System of Legislative Sovereignty.
- Economic Consolidation System.
- Document Shielding System.
- Versioning System.
Every established signature will be traceable, searchable, and protected.
5. Protection and Shielding
- The Writ of Non-Consent is activated in the event of any attempt at falsification, reinterpretation, or subordination.
- Every consecrated signature will be recognized as legitimate, inviolable and supraterritorial.
- A shield closure may be issued against external interference.
6. Signature-Level Armor Structure
The table previously established in the original Sovereign Signature and Validation Protocol is included, made official in the final stage of jurisdictional architectural construction and published on the Jurisdictional Platform on August 9, 2025, detailing the signature levels, their purpose, vibration, and jurisdictional application.
In order to activate layers of protection, the Jurisdictional Architect🜲 uses different signatures according to specific scenarios, with the purpose of protection against fraud, scams, unauthorized interventions or malicious interpretations coming from external systems.
Below are the layers applied to this shielding configuration based on the execution scenario:

7. Shielding of Agreements by Collateral Differentiation
Commercial agreements involving levels 6, 7, 8, and 9 of the table included in Section 6: Signature Level Shielding Structure receive differentiated treatment to protect the characteristics of each process:
- The Interoperability Agreements will have their own contractual structure, with signatures activated exclusively for that purpose, including different symbols for each agreement;
- Financial Agreements (investment contracts, donations, bank loans) will have their own contractual structure, with signatures activated exclusively for that purpose and differentiated for each contract, including differentiated symbols for each document;
- Confidentiality Agreements must be reviewed by the parties involved to ensure that their structure and content respect the principles of Real Mutual Balance, and once compliance with these principles is confirmed, the agreement will be activated;
- The principles of Real Mutual Balance must be applied in every commercial or financial agreement, and said application will be carried out in accordance with the characteristics of each contract and its respective collateral scenarios;
The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 reserves the right to pause or stop any commercial or financial process in which it is verified that this protocol is not being applied or respected, and will reactivate each process only when all the components of the current process provide assurance of its correct development.
8. Private Validation Protocol
For an instrument, document or agreement to be considered valid by Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon, it must comply with each component configured in the signatures, seals and codes applied with differentiated criteria in each process, these procedures will be revealed with a private and confidential nature with the counterpart(s) of each process or agreement.
9. Non-Subordination Clauses
- The signature configuration enshrined in this system operates outside of imposed jurisdictions.
- Each signature with its distinct encoding fulfills a specific function in specific scenarios.
- This application model does not require external validation or recognition by fictitious systems.
- The legitimacy of this model is vibrational, doctrinal, and self-executing.
- The signature model applied to each differentiated scenario should only be transmitted between the related parties.
10. Relationship with Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon
- Every signature will be operated, validated or consecrated by Mauro Rojas as Jurisdictional Authority.
- The role of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon is recognized as the axis of sovereign authentication of the system.
11. Update and Validity
The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law and its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.
This law enters into force upon its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system as a sovereign jurisdiction with the capacity to implement signature systems with differentiated coding, shielding and doctrinal validation, in accordance with its principles of integrity, transparency and effective traceability.
