🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE

This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.

Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose

Establish the sovereign system of issuance, validation and legislative protection as a consecrated jurisdictional module, recognizing the full capacity of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system to legislate without subordination, and project each law as a vibrational, symbolic and doctrinal act.

2. Nature of the System

  • The Legislative Sovereignty System is an operational, vibrational, and ontological body.
  • Integrates laws, mandates, protocols, and declarations as living components.
  • It operates as the normative axis of the system, synchronized with astrological cycles and sovereign purpose.

3. Ontological Foundation

  • The capacity to legislate emanates from the Living Man, Original Individual, in his supraconscious sovereign expression and unlimited will, acting multidimensionally as the Jurisdictional Architect🜲.
  • It is activated by the jurisdictional fertilization of JOUS and the normative projection of the ACJ.
  • Each law is a consecrated vibrational emanation, not subordinate to external frameworks.

4. Powers of the System

  • Issue sovereign laws with supraterritorial effect.
  • Validate each act by signature, symbolic code, and astrological synchronization.
  • Protect documents from external scrutiny, reinterpretation, or subordination.
  • Activate laws according to vibrational purpose and doctrinal architecture.

5. Validation and Registration

Every law will be validated by:

  • Sovereign signature of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon,
  • Jurisdictional symbolic code,
  • Date set as astrological activation date,
  • Escudo de blindaje doctrinal;

Every law issued and enshrined shall be registered in the corresponding gazette of the Codex Primijuris☉, and consequently it will be integrated into the Jurisdictional Living Archive for permanent traceability.

6. Legislative Shielding

  • The Document Protection Mandate is activated in the event of any attempt at subordination.
  • Every established law will be recognized as legitimate and supraterritorial.
  • A declaration of rejection may be issued in the event of regulatory interference.

7. Relationship with Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon

  • Every legislative act will be operated, validated or consecrated by Mauro Rojas as Jurisdictional Authority.
  • The role of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon as the sovereign legislative axis of the system is recognized.

8. Update and Validity

The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law and its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.

This law enters into force from its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system as a sovereign legislative jurisdiction in integrity, transparency and effective traceability.
