🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE

This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.

Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose

Consecrate the operational legitimacy, sovereign affiliation and doctrinal function of the brands linked to the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system, recognizing them as active nodes of the original jurisdiction and autonomous capital.

This law integrates brands, companies, legal fictions, companies, organizations, business models ad infinitum, emanating from and under the absolute domain of the Jurisdictional Architect Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon embodied, with legal and juridical functionality through sovereign acts of original appropriation and legitimation in this jurisdictional system.

2. Scope of Application

Esta ley aplica a:

  • Any brand, commercial asset, functional entity, or project assigned by sovereign act.
  • All legal fiction managed through external systems whose name and symbolic formula have been emanated and taken into Absolute Domain by Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon incarnated, including but not limited to companies and social organizations, economic models, ad infinitum.
  • Any operation, communication or public manifestation carried out under the name of said brands, companies, organizations or economic systems.
  • Any external interaction that involves representation, use, or reference to the system's brands, companies, organizations, and models.

3. Sovereign Adscription

  • Each brand, company, organization and economic model is adscripted in the Sovereign System through an act of functional appropriation, published and validated in the Codex Primijuris☉.
  • The assignment includes operational legitimacy, doctrinal protection, and vibrational traceability.
  • The brand, company, organization, or economic model is recognized as a living extension of the jurisdictional system, not subordinate to external registries.
  • Each brand, company, organization or economic model will have, within the first 99 solar days after the publication of this law, a Sovereign Registration Profile on the jurisdictional platform of the integrated sovereign system ACJ-USOJ.

4. Doctrinal Function

  • Brands operate as portals for the activation, dissemination, and enshrinement of the system's principles.
  • Each brand fulfills a specific function within the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ ecosystem: educational, commercial, communicational, ceremonial, ad infinitum.
  • The system brands are integrated into the Commercial Assignment Panel for consultation and verification.

5. Legal Protection

  • Every trademark is protected by the Non-Consent Protocol and the Digital Sovereignty Declaration.
  • Any attempt at oversight, appropriation, or subordination by external entities is rejected.
  • The Document Protection Mandate is activated in the event of any unauthorized intervention.

6. Registration and Validation

Each trademark with a Sovereign Registration Profile in the jurisdictional platform of the ACJ–USOJ system will include:

  • Nombre soberano,
  • Symbolic code,
  • Astrological activation date,
  • Link to the act of functional appropriation;

Subsequently, each brand will be integrated into the Jurisdictional Living Archive and the Codex Primijuris☉.

7. Relationship with Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon

Every trademark is operated, activated or consecrated by Mauro Rojas in his capacity as Jurisdictional Authority.

The function of each brand integrated into the system is recognized as an extension of the ontological sovereignty of the Living Man, Original Individual, Jurisdictional Architect🜲.

8. Update and Validity

The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law with its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.

This law enters into force upon its publication and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, as long as the trademarks remain active or registered within the system, maintaining the operation of the jurisdiction with integrity, transparency and effective traceability.
