🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE
This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.
Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose
Establish the sovereign framework for the use of the website, virtual sub-sites and platforms associated with the Ethêreon–JCA–JOUS system, recognizing each visit, interaction or navigation as a vibrational act consecrated under its own jurisdiction.
2. Nature
- All interaction with the site is a sovereign act, not a subordinate one.
- It is activated under vibrational consent and conscious purpose.
- The system rejects external control, reinterpretation, or appropriation of any act of use.
3. Principles of Use
- Conscious Navigation: The visitor recognizes the sovereign nature of the system and navigates with vibrational purpose.
- No Subordination: Use of the site does not imply acceptance of external frameworks or conventional jurisdictions.
- Doctrinal Protection: Shield clauses are activated against oversight, surveillance, or reinterpretation.
- Living Traceability: Each act of use will be recorded with a symbolic code, purpose, and astrological date.
4. Registration, Validation, and Processing
Every act of use will be recorded in the Digital Use Live Archive, and the information generated:
- It will be processed in measurements that guarantee the sustainability of the Platform;
- It will be kept confidential to analyze visitor usage;
- It will be maintained under control, respecting the confidentiality and security of each visitor;
- She will be subjected to reserved treatment to improve the conditions of service;
- It will be considered to optimize technical aspects of the Platform;
- It will be processed to apply innovations that guarantee the development of an offer committed to the vibrational interest and purpose of the users.
5. Visitor Rights
Visitors enjoy, at their individual discretion, the following rights:
- Right to navigate without supervision or subordination,
- Right to activate protection or non-consent clauses,
- Right to request the deletion of your stored data,
- Individual right and responsibility to periodically review the legal terms applied on the platform,
- Right to directly contact the Jurisdictional Authority, Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon, to request improvements to the service, the integration of new products, and the submission of proposals as long as they are aligned with the purpose of the brand, the platform's offering, or the jurisdictional system.
6. Operational and Collateral Recognitions of Liability
The Jurisdictional Authority recognizes that:
- This platform may include external links such as non-sovereign spaces, integrated exclusively as dissemination channels;
- This platform may include directly attached advertising links, in accordance with content policies aligned with the purpose of the brand, the platform, and the jurisdictional system;
- Leads control over personal information shared by the user, to ensure confidentiality and respect for privacy in data processing;
- The user has the right to cancel subscriptions or communications at any time, via a direct request expressed in writing;
The respective spaces have been effectively included so that the legal terms are visible, accessible and permanently available to the public, establishing the criteria for updating and notification via publication in the Codex Primijuris☉.
7. Relationship with Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon
Mauro Rojas enshrines, validates and protects every act of use as Sovereign Architect and Jurisdictional Authority.
The role of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon is recognized as the guiding principle of the conditions of use on the platform, his signature activates the framework and projects protection in the vibrational and operational field.
8. Update and Validity
The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law and its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.
This law enters into force upon its publication on the official website or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system as a sovereign jurisdiction with the capacity to ensure consecrated digital interaction, with criteria of integrity, transparency and verifiable traceability.
