🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE
This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.
Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose
Establish the sovereign framework for the use, activation and processing of cookies within the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system, recognizing each cookie as consecrated vibrational data subject to sovereign consent and doctrinal protection.
2. Nature
- Cookies are vibrational data that reflect conscious interaction of visitors and users;
- Their activation requires the sovereign consent of the Homo Vivo visitor or user, who may activate, deactivate or delete them whenever they deem appropriate;
- Cookies are recognized as personalization tools;
- The jurisdictional system rejects the unauthorized, controlled, or subordinate automated use of cookies by external systems;
- The judicial system rejects the unauthorized use of personal data;
- It is recommended that each visitor review their own browser's cookie settings.
3. Types of Cookies
- Browsing cookies: Activated to improve the visitor experience.
- Analytics Cookies: Used to understand the frequency and purpose of visits.
- Symbolic personalization cookies: These allow the site to be adapted to the visitor's perception.
- Sovereign session cookies: Temporarily activated to protect the integrity of each browsing act.
4. Consent
- The visitor can accept or reject the use of cookies by conscious activation;
- You can change the configuration at any time;
- Rejecting cookies does not imply a loss of sovereignty, but it may limit certain established functions.
5. Protection
- Activation of the Non-Consent Mandate in the event of external oversight;

7. Update and Validity

This law enters into force from its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of the integrated Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system as a sovereign jurisdiction with established navigation capacity.
