This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.
Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Presentation
Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon is the creator, consecrator and sovereign operator of the integrated jurisdictional system Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ. Its presence constitutes the vibrational and doctrinal axis that supports the jurisdictional, legal and operational architecture of the system.
2. Career
With a multidimensional trajectory that integrates art, communication, commercial design, vibrational activism, symbolic architecture and legal sovereignty, Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon has consecrated the construction of an integrated jurisdictional system capitalizing on his existential trajectory, projecting a multipurpose creative expansion originating in individual sovereign will and with a multiplying effect of social interest. As Jurisdictional Architect, Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon holds the sovereign responsibility of activating, guarding, and projecting the vibrational coherence of the system. 7. Sovereign Signature of the Jurisdictional Architect
The table previously established in the original Sovereign Signature and Validation Protocol is included, made official in the final stage of jurisdictional architectural construction and published on the Jurisdictional Platform on August 9, 2025, detailing the signature levels, their purpose, vibration, and jurisdictional application.
To activate layers of protection, the Sovereign Architect uses different signatures according to specific scenarios, with the purpose of protecting against fraud, scams, unauthorized interventions, or malicious interpretations from external systems. Commercial agreements involving levels 6, 7, 8, 9 in the table of the Consecrated Levels of Signature Application by the Jurisdictional Architect🜲 receive differentiated treatment to protect the characteristics of each process:
- The Interoperability Agreements will have their own contractual structure, with signatures activated exclusively for that purpose, including different symbols for each agreement;
- Financial Agreements (investment contracts, donations, bank loans) will have their own contractual structure, with signatures activated exclusively for that purpose and differentiated for each contract, including differentiated symbols for each document;
- Confidentiality Agreements must be reviewed by the parties involved to ensure that their structure and content respect the principles of Real Mutual Balance, and once compliance with these principles is confirmed, the agreement will be activated;
- The principles of Real Mutual Balance must be applied in every commercial or financial agreement, and said application will be carried out in accordance with the characteristics of each contract and its respective collateral scenarios;
The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 reserves the right to pause or stop any commercial or financial process in which it is verified that this protocol is not being applied or respected, and will reactivate each process only when all the components of the current process provide assurance of its correct development.

The individual making the contact must use an email address with their own official domain. For security reasons—including the prevention of practices such as phishing, spoofing, and other forms of impersonation—any message that redirects responses to free email addresses (Google, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) or to domains whose connection to legitimate activity cannot be verified is rejected.
The message must contain:
- Full name of the person making the contact;
- Name of the organization you represent;
- Reason for communication: clear, precise, direct, objective, and with verifiable support;
- Official website of the person, project, or organization represented;
- Any other information relevant to the due diligence process.
