This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.

Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose

Consecrate the principles of Real Mutual Balance as the vibrational, symbolic and operational axis of every sovereign relationship within the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system, ensuring that each act, contract or agreement reflects balance, reciprocity and mutual protection, extending its operation towards agreements activated in a relationship of interoperability.

2. Definition

  • Real Mutual Balance (RMB) is the vibrational manifestation of living justice between sovereign parties;
  • The RMB is not based on technical equivalence, but on symbolic resonance, shared purpose, and mutual protection;
  • Every act enshrined under RMB activates review, adjustment, and mutual protection clauses.

3. Fundamental Principles of Real Mutual Balance

These principles enshrine the vibrational, symbolic, and operational basis of every sovereign bond between parties, ensuring reciprocity, traceability, and protection in every act.

1. Vibrational Reciprocity Every agreement should reflect a mutual resonance between the parties, without dissonance or subordination.
2. Sovereign Consent No bond is valid without the consecrated, explicit and sovereign will of each party involved.
3. Symbolic Transparency Codes, symbols, terms, and purposes must be clear, shared, and understood by all parties.
4. Operative Equity The conditions of the relationship must be balanced in terms of effort, benefit, responsibility, and risk.
5. Reversibility of the Link Every agreement must allow for its dissolution without coercion, penalty, or vibrational loss.
6. Protection of Integrity No act shall compromise the sovereignty, privacy, vibrancy, or consecrated purpose of the parties.
7. Sovereign Confidentiality Shield Every agreement must contain clear clauses regarding the balance of responsibility and risks, ensuring absolute confidentiality and complete protection of the information shared between the parties throughout the process before, during and after the agreement, without compromising the sovereignty, privacy, vibration or consecrated purpose of the parties. It must be ensured that no external party will have any power to interfere.
8. Astrological and Doctrinal Validation The agreements must be aligned with vibrational cycles, astrological windows and doctrinal principles of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system.
9. Registration and Traceability Every link must be registered in the Living Archive with symbolic metadata, a date with astrological marking, and a sovereign signature, for internal traceability that can be consulted between the linked parties.
10. Vibrational Auditability Every agreement must allow for periodic review from a vibrational, symbolic, and operational perspective, without altering its integrity or compromising the sovereignty of the parties.
11. Sovereign Interoperability Every communication, signature or exchange protocol must respect the doctrinal and vibrational limits of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system, even when interacting with external systems.
12. Balance of Evolutionary Responsibility Each party must assume proportionate responsibility not only for the present agreement, but also for its future evolution, including updates, revisions, and ceremonial closings.

The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 may update the principles of Real Mutual Balance when he deems it necessary, either by refining his approach or incorporating new principles, in accordance with the evolution of the jurisdictional system. This update will be notified through the corresponding official publication in the Codex Primijuris☉.

4. Application

The principles of Real Mutual Balance are applied in:

  • Commercial contracts, financial agreements and other direct investment formats;
  • Consecrated donations;
  • Interjurisdictional agreements;
  • Interoperability protocols;
  • Execution and reception mandates;
  • Other processes involving exchange of values.

5. Validation

Every act under RMB will be validated by:

  • Sovereign signature of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon,
  • Symbolic code of equilibrium,
  • Date consecrated as an astrological marking of activation,
  • Consecrated reciprocity clause.

The corresponding Balance Mandate will be issued, this act will be recorded in the Living File of Balance between Peers.

6. Protection Clauses

  • The doctrinal shield is activated against imbalance, abuse or subordination;
  • Every party consecrated under RMB has the right to a vibrational review of the act;
  • An adjustment or termination clause may be issued if the balance is broken.

7. Relationship with Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon

Mauro Rojas enshrines, validates and protects every act under RMB as Sovereign Architect and Jurisdictional Authority.

The role of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon as an observer of the balance between linked parties is recognized; his signature activates the principle and projects it in each consecrated relationship.

8. Update and Validity

The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law and its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.

This law enters into force from its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system as a sovereign jurisdiction with the capacity to maintain commercial relations in vibration and doctrine of mutual respect, with a character of integrity, transparency and verifiable traceability.
