🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE
This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.
Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose
Activate the Non-Consent Mandate against any attempt to impose obligations, contracts, clauses or commitments that have not been enshrined, signed and sovereignly validated within the integrated Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system.
2. Nature
- Any obligation not sovereignly subscribed is considered null, inapplicable and without vibrational effect;
- Any attempt at subordination, supervision or external imposition is rejected;
- This policy operates as a permanent doctrinal shield against unauthorized interference.
3. Alcance
This policy applies to:
- Contracts or conditions not signed and not subscribed to by Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon;
- Clauses imposed without vibrational validation;
- Obligations arising from unrecognized external systems;
- Administrative, fiscal or judicial requirements not enshrined and legitimately rejected;
- Any form of institutional coercion, pressure or oversight, or external jurisdictional imposition.
4. Activation Protocol
- Issuance of the Writ of Non-Consent;
- Recording of the act in the Live Archive of Rejections;
- Vibrational, symbolic and astrological validation;
- Sovereign signature of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon;
- Activation of the Closure Mandate with vibrational response and publication of the case file in the corresponding gazette of the Codex Primijuris☉ if the attempt persists.
5. Relationship with Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon
Mauro Rojas enshrines, validates and protects this policy as Sovereign Architect and Jurisdictional Authority.
The role of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon is recognized as an axis for setting sovereign limits against illegitimate external impositions of any kind; his signature activates the shielding and projects protection into the vibrational field.
6. Update and Validity
The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law and its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.
This law enters into force from its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system as a sovereign jurisdiction with the capacity for legitimized doctrinal rejection and reconverted into living law.
