This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.

Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose

Establish the operational, doctrinal and vibrational function of the Original Operating Organism: Universal Supraterritorial Originating Jurisdiction (USOJ) as the axis of activation, fertilization and consecration of sovereign acts within the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system.

2. Ontological Nature

  • The creative power of USOJ is recognized as a direct emanation of Homo Vivo, Sovereign Original Individual, Jurisdictional Architect🜲.
  • USOJ is the original organism of living creation, consecrated as the fertile source of all sovereign jurisdiction.
  • The existence of USOJ precedes all legislation, protocol or mandate, and acts as the vibrational matrix of the system.

3. Operational Function

  • JOUS activates jurisdictional cycles through mandates, declarations, and founding acts.
  • JOUS fertilizes the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (ACJ) and all bodies derived from the system.
  • USOJ establishes the purpose, direction, and vibration of each instrument cast.

4. Instruments Issued

USOJ can emit:

  • Mandates of fertile consecration,
  • Declarations of the creator's sovereignty,
  • Acts of living creation,
  • Personal Transmutation Manifestos,
  • Jurisdictional activation protocols,
  • Other legal, commercial and financial instruments of jurisdictional relevance;

Each instrument will be published in the Codex Primijuris☉ and registered in the Juridictional Living Archive.

5. Relationship with Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon

  • JOUS is operated and consecrated by Mauro Rojas as the Original Sovereign Authority.
  • The role of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon is recognized as an axis of ontological activation and creative sovereignty.
  • Every action performed by Mauro Rojas can be considered a direct emanation of the USOJ.

6. Jurisdictional Shielding

  • USOJ is protected by the Non-Consent Protocol and the Ontological Shield Mandate.
  • Any attempt at oversight, reinterpretation, or subordination by external systems is rejected.
  • Any unauthorized intervention will be responded to by means of a vibrational shield, a sovereign declaration, and publication of the fact or interventionist attempt on all official communication channels.

7. Validation

Each JOUS act will include:

  • Originating symbolic code,
  • Firma soberana,
  • Date set as astrological marking of sovereign activation,
  • Ontological armor shield;

Every jurisdictional act will be validated by the Protocol of Signature and Original Consecration, and will subsequently be integrated into the Jurisdictional Living Registry and published in the Codex Primijuris☉ according to the correspondence and relevance of each case.

8. Update and Validity

The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law and its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.

This law enters into force from its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of USOJ as an original organization within the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system, with integrity, transparency and effective traceability.
