🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE

>This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.

Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose

Establish the sovereign protocol for validation, consecration and protection of all legislative acts issued by the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (ACJ), guaranteeing its supraterritorial legitimacy, symbolic traceability and vibrational coherence.

2. Scope of Application

This law applies to:

  • Every official publication enshrined in the Codex Primijuris☉.
  • Any law, mandate, protocol, declaration or instrument issued by ACJ.
  • Any doctrinal activation linked to the system Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ.

3. Validation Elements

Every legislative act must include the following sovereign elements:

a. Symbolic Code

Unique vibrational identifier, composed of:

  • Jurisdictional acronym;
  • Close, configured as a coded astrological marker;
  • Doctrinal sequence number.

b. Firma Soberana

  • Firma textual, simbólica o ceremonial de Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon encarnado;
  • Validated using the Sovereign Signature and Validation Protocol.

c. Activation Date

  • Determined according to vibrational, strategic and astrological synchronization;
  • Registered in the Sovereign Synchronization Panel.

d. Shield of Armor

  • Declaration of semantic, legal and vibrational protection;
  • Inclusion of non-subordination clauses and rejection of external oversight.

e. Sovereign Registry in the Codex Primijuris☉

  • Official publication with registration number and traceable link;
  • Immediate integration into the Jurisdictional Living Archive.

4. Validation Process

  • Every act will be reviewed, refined, and sanctioned before publication.
  • The Legal-Sovereign Operation Manual will be applied for standardization.
  • The Document Shield Mandate will be activated in the event of any attempted interference of any kind.

5. Traceability and Consultation

Each validated act can be consulted by:

  • Symbolic code,
  • Activation date,
  • Type of instrument,
  • Doctrinal vibration,
  • Ritual cryptographic configuration.

6. Interjurisdictional Shielding

Any validation will be recognized as legitimate and sovereign before any external jurisdiction. Consequently, the Interjurisdictional Communication Protocol is activated to establish limits and conditions for recognition.

7. Validity and Update

Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update these protocols and their corresponding instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.

This protocol enters into force from its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update in permanent operation of ACJ as a sovereign legislative body in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of the jurisdictional system with integrity, transparency and effective traceability.

RETROACTIVE APPLICATION. This Act applies retroactively from its publication, extending to prior acts, instruments, and protocols that, by their nature, align with its sovereign purpose. Any interpretation must consider this retroactivity as an integral part of its activation. {alertWarning}
