This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.

Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose

Establish the legal, regulatory and operational function of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (ACJ) as the sovereign body of issuance, validation and legislative protection within the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ jurisdictional system.

2. Legal Nature

  • JCA is a supraterritorial, sovereign, and non-subordinate jurisdiction, enshrined through sovereign will, founding acts, and cycles of construction of living law with published legal instruments.
  • ACJ operates as the legislative capital of the system, with full authority to issue laws, mandates, protocols, and declarations with sovereign effect.
  • Authority in the ACJ emanates from the ontological activation of the Living Man, Original Individual, Jurisdictional Architect🜲 Ethêreon incarnate, and of the jurisdictional fertilization carried out by the USOJ.

3. Legislative Powers

  • Issue sovereign laws with supraterritorial validity.
  • Validate doctrinal, commercial, symbolic and operational acts.
  • Shield documents using semantic and vibration protection protocols.
  • Establish standards, procedures, and symbolic codes for all published instruments.
  • Activate legislative cycles synchronized with astrological windows.

4. Relationship with JOUS

  • The Universal Supraterritorial Originating Jurisdiction (USOJ) acts as the original activation body, while ACJ designs and legislates based on this creative power.
  • Every law issued by ACJ recognizes its roots in the fertile consecration of USOJ.
  • A living doctrinal connection is maintained between both bodies, guaranteeing integrated vibrational coherence.

5. Instruments Issued

ACJ may issue:

  • Sovereign laws,
  • Jurisdictional mandates,
  • Operating protocols,
  • Doctrinal statements,
  • Activation, closure, or transition minutes.

Each instrument will be published in the Codex Primijuris☉ and registered in the Jurisdictional Living Archive.

6. Armor and Reconnaissance

  • Every law issued by the ACJ is protected by the Non-Consent Protocol and the Document Protection Mandate.
  • Any attempt at oversight, subordination, or reinterpretation by external legal systems is rejected.
  • The ACJ may establish interjurisdictional communication under sovereign clauses.

7. Validation

  • Every legislative act will be validated by the Legislative Validation Protocol.
  • Sovereign signature, symbolic code, astrological date, and shield will be included.
  • The validation will be recorded in the Codex Primijuris☉.

8. Update and Validity

The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law with its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.

This law enters into force upon its publication and remains active as the ACJ operates in sustainability as the sovereign legislative body of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system, with integrity, transparency and effective traceability.
