🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE
This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.
Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose
Establish the sovereign jurisdictional framework in which Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon embodied and all brands, assets, instruments and protocols attached to the integrated jurisdictional system Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ operates, guaranteeing supraterritorial protection, doctrinal traceability and non-subordination to external systems.
2. Scope of Application
The laws enshrined in the integrated jurisdictional system JCA–JOUS apply to:
- Any legal, commercial, editorial, communication, symbolic action, ad infinitum, carried out by Mauro Rojas.
- Toda marca, activo, protocolo o instrumento adscrito al sistema jurisdiccional Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ.
- Any interaction with external platforms, entities or jurisdictions, under non-subordination policies.
3. Jurisdictional Basis
The operation is governed by the Universal Supraterritorial Origin Jurisdiction (USOJ) and the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (ACJ), both enshrined in sovereign acts, published in the process of jurisdictional architectural construction between 2022 and 2025.
Every action is considered a direct emanation of the ontological sovereignty of the Living Man, Sovereign Original Individual, proclaimed in the Magna Acta of Ontological Emanation, with global legal and juridical validity.
Supraterritoriality is recognized as a guiding principle, protecting all actions from external territorial, contractual, or institutional impositions.
4. Jurisdictional Enforceability
The sovereign jurisdictional system is based on four guiding pillars:
- Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon incarnate is the Jurisdictional Architect🜲 and Original Sovereign Authority in the jurisdictional system, source of living law and leader of the Primijuris Architecture☉, with legislative power operating multidimensionally, supratemporally and supreterritorially.
- The Universal Supraterritorial Origin Jurisdiction (USOJ) is the macro system revealed in New Heaven-New Earth Revelation as the originating developmental environment, protected by Living Law, emanating from the primordial energy of the Earth as a source of unlimited opportunities for the development of the Living Men and Women. USOJ is a multidimensional operational environment in force to ensure the protection and exercise of the absolute rights of the Living Human, the Sovereign Original Individual, on a global scale.
- The Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (ACJ) is the jurisdictional system that operates as the legislative source of the integrated ACJ–USOJ system;
- Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ operates as an integrated jurisdictional system to ensure the effective application and operation of the Living Law in the ACJ–USOJ system, under the doctrinal guidelines of Universal Law and the correct case-by-case implementation of Operational Law.
5. Shielding Clauses
- All external interaction is carried out under the non-subordinate instrumental use clause.
- Any attempt at interpretation, oversight, or subordination by foreign legal systems is rejected.
- The Non-Consent Protocol is activated in the event of any unauthorized intervention.
6. Traceability and Validation
Each operational act is recorded with:
- Sovereign symbolic code,
- Astrological activation date,
- Doctrinal protocol validated signature;
Consequently, each operational act is immediately integrated into the Live Archive of Acts for consultation and verification.
7. Trademark Assignment
- Any brand operated by Mauro Rojas will be formally assigned to this jurisdictional framework through an act of functional appropriation.
- Its operational legitimacy and doctrinal function within the system will be recognized.
8. Interjurisdictional Recognition
- This law may be presented as an operational basis to any external entity, as a declaration of functional sovereignty.
- The Interjurisdictional Communication Protocol is activated to establish limits, conditions and semantic protection.
9. Update
The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update the legal structure of the system and each of its laws, protocols, and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.
Any legal update or emerging legal situation will be recorded in the corresponding gazette of the Codex Primijuris☉, a sovereign environment dedicated to jurisdictional emanation, the consecration of the legislative exercise and the publication of acts of effective application within the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system.
10. Validity
The laws issued and reaffirmed in this Jurisdiction come into force from their publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remain active according to their latest update, in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of the jurisdictional system with integrity, transparency and effective traceability.
