🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE

This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.

Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose

Establish the sovereign process of activation, validation and protection of interjurisdictional relations, allowing doctrinal, symbolic and operational interoperability between the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and other established jurisdictions.

2. Nature of the Protocol

  • Interoperability does not imply subordination or external integration.
  • Each relationship is activated as a sovereign, vibrational, and ceremonial act.
  • The coexistence of consecrated systems with doctrinal autonomy is recognized.

3. Activation Process

All interjurisdictional relationships will be activated by:

  • Formal request from a compatible jurisdiction;
  • Doctrinal and vibrational review of the proposal;
  • Issuance of Interoperability Mandate;
  • Sovereign signature of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon;
  • Record in the Codex Primijuris☉ and the Living Interoperability Archive.

4. Interoperability Contracts

Contracts will be drawn up that include:

  • Shared purpose,
  • Principles of Real Mutual Balance,
  • Cláusulas de protección doctrinal,
  • Symbolic and astrological validation;

Each contract will be versioned, signed, and secured.

5. Validation

Every act will be validated by:

  • Interoperability symbolic code,
  • Astrological activation date,
  • Sovereign signature and doctrinal shield;

The Interjurisdictional Validation Mandate will be issued.

6. Protection

  • The Writ of No Consent is activated in the event of any attempt at subordination, oversight, or reinterpretation.
  • All interoperability will be recognized as legitimate, inviolable and supraterritorial.

7. Relationship with Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon

Mauro Rojas enshrines, validates and protects all interjurisdictional relationships as Sovereign Architect and Jurisdictional Authority.

The role of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon is recognized as the jurisdictional interoperability authority in the integrated sovereign system ACJ–USOJ, his signature activates the link and projects interoperability in the vibrational, legal, economic and financial fields.

8. Update and Validity

The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law and its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.

This law enters into force from its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system as a sovereign jurisdiction with the capacity to activate relationships in doctrinal and symbolic balance, ensuring mutual operation in integrity, transparency and verifiable traceability.
