🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE
This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.
Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose
Establish the sovereign protocol for activation, processing, transformation and data protection within the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system, ensuring that each consecrated piece of data is treated according to vibrational purpose, symbolic traceability and doctrinal protection.
2. Nature
- Data processing on this platform is vibrational, symbolic, technical, and statistical.
- Every piece of data enshrined is a living asset, with purpose, cycle, and resonance.
- This platform rejects any automated processing that is not authorized, controlled, or subordinated to external legal frameworks that are not subscribed to.
3. Processing Process
All data entered through any mechanism available for direct insertion into this platform will be treated through a sovereign protocol that includes:
- Consecrated protection of information with digital shielding;
- Integration into the Living Archive of Informational Assets;

4. Categories of Processed Data
This platform can process the following types of data:

- Operational data: Type of device used to interact on this platform, region or country, usage time, ad infinitum;
- Vibrational data: usage times, navigation traceability, ad infinitum;
- Symbolic data: Type of content consumed, pages browsed, keywords used in internal search, ad infinitum;
- Direct interest data: Data generated when the user makes a direct request or proposal by expressing a particular requirement.
5. Treatment Principles
- Sovereign Consent: No data will be processed without conscious activation of the visiting Homo Vivo;

Mauro Rojas enshrines, validates and protects all data processing as Sovereign Architect and Jurisdictional Authority.
The role of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon is recognized as the guiding principle of data protection during processing. His signature activates the protocol and projects protection in the areas within his reach.
8. Update and Validity
The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law and its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.
This law enters into force from its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, maintaining the operation of the integrated Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system as a sovereign jurisdiction with the capacity for vibrational processing of data enshrined in integrity, responsibility and sovereign transparency.
