🛡️SOVEREIGN LEGAL NOTICE
This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.
Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose
Establish the sovereign protocol for communication between established jurisdictions, ensuring semantic validation, vibrational shielding and doctrinal traceability in all exchanges issued or received by the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system.
2. Nature of the Protocol
- This protocol operates as a shield and exchange channel between sovereign systems.
- All interjurisdictional communication will be considered a doctrinal act, subject to validation and consecration.
- Communication is recognized as a living extension of ontological sovereignty.
3. Types of Communication
- Declarations of mutual recognition.
- Mandatos de colaboración o delimitación.
- Activation, shutdown, or transition notifications.
- Doctrinal, symbolic or vibrational exchanges.
- Formal rejection of subordination or external supervision.
4. Semantic and Vibrational Validation
Every message will be validated by:
- Firma soberana,
- Issue symbolic code,
- Astrological activation date,
- Semantic armor shield;
The Sovereign Signature and Validation Protocol will be applied.
5. Registration and Publication
- All communication will be registered in the Codex Primijuris☉;
- A gazette number, act code, and doctrinal category will be assigned;
- It will be integrated into the Jurisdictional Living Archive for traceable consultation.
6. Conditions of Recognition
- Only jurisdictions that operate under established sovereignty, without subordination to external systems, will be recognized;
- All communication must respect the vibration, purpose and architecture of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system;
- A doctrinal rejection clause may be activated in the event of a contradiction or attempt at imposition.
7. Interjurisdictional Shielding
- The Document Protection Mandate is activated in the event of any attempt at inspection, reinterpretation, or subordination;
- Any communication not validated will be considered null and void;
- A declaration of channel closure or dissolution may be issued.
8. Relationship with Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon
- All communication will be operated, validated or consecrated by Mauro Rojas as Jurisdictional Authority.
- The role of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon is recognized as an axis of interjurisdictional activation and protection.
9. Update and Validity
The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law and its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.
This law enters into force from its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, as long as the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system maintains sovereign communication channels with integrity, transparency and effective traceability.
