This Sovereign Law System constitutes an authentic legal development that is part of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system and is constantly evolving. It is not subject to external oversight, auditing, or interpretation of any kind. Any attempt at oversight, interference, or appropriation will automatically activate the protection protocols established in advance within the sovereign legal system.

Under no circumstances may the notion of a 'legal vacuum' or a 'legal loophole' be invoked as an interpretive argument, as this would constitute an illegitimate manipulation of the system and a direct violation of its sovereignty. Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to invoke the principle of permissiveness under the formula "what is not prohibited may be done" as such an interpretation represents a distortion of the sovereign foundation and an attempt to misappropriate established legal spaces.

1. Purpose of this law

Establish the sovereign protocol for the affiliation, validation and traceability of commercial entities linked to the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system, recognizing them as operational nodes of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — ACJ.

The Commercial Assignment Panel operates as a functional module within the Commercial Assignment System, which will be activated by the corresponding law and synchronized with the astrological cycles of the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system.

2. Nature of the Panel

  • The Commercial Assignment Panel is a dedicated jurisdictional module for registering, securing, and projecting sovereign commercial entities.
  • The Commercial Assignment Panel operates as a living, traceable, and vibrationally protected archive.
  • Every entity attached to the Commercial Assignment Panel is recognized as a functional extension of the system.

3. Assignment Process

Every entity will be assigned through a sovereign act of functional appropriation, this act will include:

  • Sovereign name of the entity,
  • Symbolic affiliation code,
  • Date set as astrological activation marker,
  • Sovereign signature of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon,
  • Commercial armor shield;

The act will be published in the corresponding gazette of the Codex Primijuris☉.

4. Vibrational Validation

  • Each entity will be evaluated according to its vibrational coherence, operational purpose, and doctrinal alignment;
  • The Functional Validation Protocol and the Astrological Synchronization Panel will be applied;
  • Any entity that operates under external subordination or doctrinal contradiction is rejected.

5. Panel Function

  • Register active, closed, or transitional creations or entities;
  • Allow query by name, code, purpose, or vibration;
  • Integrate each entity into the Jurisdictional Living Archive;
  • Activate traceability of established commercial acts.

6. Commercial Shielding

  • Every affiliated entity is protected by the Document Protection Mandate and the Non-Consent Protocol;
  • Any attempt at control, appropriation or subordination by external systems is rejected;
  • Every commercial operation will be considered a sovereign act within the system.

7. Relationship with Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon

  • All assignments will be operated, validated and consecrated by Mauro Rojas in his capacity as Jurisdictional Authority.
  • The role of Mauro Rojas / Ethêreon as an axis of sovereign commercial activation is recognized.

8. Update and Validity

The Jurisdictional Architect🜲 will update this law and its protocols and instruments ad infinitum at any time he deems necessary.

This law enters into force from its publication on the official site or Jurisdictional Platform, and remains active according to its latest update, in perpetuity, as the panel operates sustainably as a jurisdictional module within the Ethêreon–ACJ–USOJ system, with integrity, transparency and effective traceability.
