I. DOCTRINAL PREAMBLE
The Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction declares the need to protect, safeguard and maintain the vibrational integrity of all consecrated documents during their construction cycles.
This Act establishes the doctrinal protection of the Legal Memory, recognizing each instrument as part of the sovereign lineage of JCA—JOUS.
II. PRINCIPLES OF SOVEREIGN DOCUMENT CUSTODY
1. Inviolability of Enshrined Documents
Every consecrated document is protected against alteration, reinterpretation or external distortion.
2. Custodia Multinivel
Protection is done on physical, digital, vibrational, and symbolic levels.
3 Code and Version Integrity
Each document retains its SHA-256, IDSU, doctrinal version, and consecrating glyph.
4. Acceso Soberano
Access to protected documents is carried out under protocols defined by the Sovereign Architect and Founder.
5. No Adhesión Archivística
The legal report is not subject to institutional filing systems or external records of any kind.

IV. AUTO-RUN AND UPDATE
This Act is activated by its mere enactment. It does not require external validation. It is in force perpetually within the sovereign jurisdictional system.
This legal instrument may be updated by the Sovereign Architect at any time he deems appropriate, in accordance with the doctrinal and operational evolution of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction.
Any revalidation enshrined herein is irrevocable, self-executing, and binding within the sovereign scope of JCA; its legal effects are immediately enforceable and fully effective from the moment of its sovereign publication.
